The Alien Order Gateway is a full manufacturing API: submit cases, ship files, track production, and get paid work done - without portals or manual entry.
A single JSON POST submits a complete order: products, shades, tooth numbers, finishing and design options, notes, and links to your scan files. Validated instantly, queued for production automatically.

Full design / review
Attach STL, OBJ, 3MF, PDF, and photos per case - up to 100 files per order, 100 MB each. Files are virus-scanned, auto-renamed with case details, and organized for production. Permanent backups keep every download link alive.

Every new account starts in Testing Mode: the full API behaves exactly like production, but nothing is manufactured and nothing is billed. Flip yourself to Production from your portal when ready.

Every webhook we send carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature so your server can verify it came from us and reject anything that did not. Inbound traffic is HTTPS-only with Bearer token authentication on every request.
X-Alien-Signature
Your token sees your data, period. No internal IDs are ever exposed, server-side validation is the only truth, and per-token rate limiting keeps the platform stable for everyone.
100 requests / minute
Our partner agreement includes business associate terms. Case files travel over encrypted transport, are scanned on arrival, and access is limited to production personnel.

Card and bank details go directly to Stripe and never exist on our systems - you get enterprise payment security without the paperwork.
